Get to know Nisa Büyükyıldırım-Onmaz
Nisa Büyükyıldırım-Onmaz is doctoral researcher at the Department of (Social) Ethics at the University of Bonn.
Nisa holds an Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics (major) and in English Translation and Interpretation (minor) from Hacettepe University, Ankara, and a Master of Science in Linguistics: Theoretical and Empirical Foundations from the University of Potsdam. During her studies, she worked as a student researcher at Leibniz-ZAS (2023-25), at Humboldt-Universität (2024) and at RUEG, Universität Potsdam (2023-24).
A linguist interested in how AI can and/or should communicate within the scope of Digital Twins, Nisa is now looking forward to working on the SIMTWIN project.
