At the beginning of November, the Falling Walls Science Summit of the Global Call Winners took place for the 15th time. Leading scientists from different disciplines worldwide were honoured – including Prof. Dr Matthias Braun from the Department of (Social) Ethics. He is one of the winners in the "Social Science and Humanities" category.
At the symposium on Wednesday, he presented his current research on "Bodily Integrity in digital Ages" and discussed current social challenges and possible solutions with other academics and representatives from politics, business and civil society.
In addition to exchanging ideas and building networks, he enjoyed learning from Nobel Prize winners and other important researchers about their research methods and latest findings.
