The Protestant and Catholic Theology Library is looking for the following full-time, permanent position as soon as possible: a specialist for media and information services (library specialization) (100 %).

From 5 to 7 June 2024, David Hamidovic will come to the Faculty in Bonn.

The expert committee for theology at the DFG has approved the continuation of the third-party funded project for the research on the relationship of the Gospel of John to ancient Greek philosophy at the Protestant Theological Faculty (ETF) of the University of Bonn. The previous results of the examination of the long speeches of Jesus in John 1-12 from a history of philosophy and rhetorical perspective were successfully evaluated positively through a blind peer review and will soon be published in the form of a monograph.
